Hiccups on the advertised free gifts, but rectified it on the same day. Excellent customer recovery team they got. Comparing to a nintedo switch oled, this is 10X better. At last can play AAA solid games in bed.

Delivery was well packaged and product is protected well. For the actual product itself, it has essentially replaced my steam deck. pros is the flexibility of windows (can play anything) and strong hardware performance. Cons are that the device is quite abit heavier than the steam deck. One can really feel the weight after some use. Additionally the included armory crate software is quite buggy and hangs often.

Performance:I can't tell the difference from the Vanilla version but imho its about the same when running my games. Slightly heavier than Vanilla Ally. Accessories are the same compared to Vanilla. However the stand comes in 2 instead of 1. Buttons are lower than the Vanilla version but more "clicky" Joysticks are much higher and easy to grip
